A Horse With No Name
Just to let you all know that Elton John will be performing a concert at the Gate in June (26th I think). Isn't it great that the stadium can attract this calibre of act. Also heard that the Barbarian - Wales match has definitely been confirmed. A Horse With No Name
Wales are playing the Barbarians in Rugby Union in May. Because the Millennium Stadium is being used for the play offs and FA cup Final the match has been switched to the Gate. Until now it was unofficial, but is now definitely ON. Stoke_Gifford_Red
Wales vs Barbarians game to be played at Ashton Gate, because it is in between the FA Cup Final Game and Playoffs, and so the game cannot be played at the Millennium Stadium. But who would that be?..... I leave you to discuss... How about stars playing for West Ham, Coventry, Nottm. Forest, Sheff. Utd to start with..... ....then stars playing for Liverpool, Everton, Arsenal, Newcastle Utd. say 2 seasons later? I reckon we would all like them. Guest Neo
Got 2 tickets for the Missus and Mother-in-Law lunchtime today; no queues! Great seats as well - halfway line right in from of the stage which is bang in front of the Atyeo; although the £106 hurt a tad
