On a separate note, the guy on the right, isn't that Liam Whatshisname that went to Swindon?
Will b11
Lucky to see him twice when we played them away and at home in the carabao cup, I still remember the feeling when he scored in the last minute away to lose 2-1 was devastated. Davefevs
Great striker. Remember his debut v Swansea…that completely screwed my Fantasy Football plans!,
Port Said Red
I think I said at the time that he was amongst the handful of players I have seen that were worth the admission fee on their own. The way he was able to 'hide' on the pitch before ghosting into the area was almost supernatural, I hope he will go into coaching and pass those skills on. Red Army 75
Brilliant striker. Also when Leroy Sane scored for Man City down the gate and gestured in front of the south stand. SA done a calming gesture like a apology. Very classy. Also he always got my dream team a lot of points. Good luck to him
Hamdon Mart
I think I've got this stat right. Aguero's minutes per goal ratio was that good (108 minutes per goal) that he would have still had the record if he had gone another 28 games (a full 90 minutes each time) without scoring. A few more stats here.... https://theanalyst.com/eu/2021/05/sergio-aguero-man-city-farewell/ Edited December 15, 2021 by Hamdon Mart Additional Info

Apparently he has had a frustrating time with injury but is on the verge of making a comeback and there are hopes he can force his way into the team and show what he can do at this level. So that's a bit of new news there. 1

Fantastic striker,, but i think some of those things are an instinct only possessed by elite level players,,, he could work with semenyo for 10 years and couldnt teach him those things… ( no disrespect to antoine, it applies to most players!)
Clevedon Red
When he played against us I couldn’t get over A) How short he was. B) How big his legs were.

Probably one of the best moments I've seen in football, if you can put aside the City money issues and dislike people have for them

I met him at an award ceremony after a work football event at Man City's training ground and yes the two points above are 100% true. Im 5'11" and felt like I was towering over him however his calves were also the size of me. He was quite shy, especially when he had 4 teams of girls gushing over him! ZiderEyed
Anyone got that clip of Fabian Delph explaining City fans singing "is this a library" to him at the Etihad? So glad I got to see him play in the flesh.
LoyalRed
Came in as Barcelona's main striker and only managed 4 games for them. Just watched the interview, he looks devastated. He was 33 but incredibly fit and could have played for Barca for at least another 2/3 years.
Admin phantom Posted December 15, 2021 Admin Report Share Posted December 15, 2021 He had been diagnosed with a milder version of what struck me a few years back, took a lot of adjustment in life for me so can fully appreciate why he's called it a day
