It essentially is though, they don't want games called off at the last minute which is fair enough however asymptomatic cases are still a massive issue in clubs so despite them still testing players who display symptoms there's going to be times where its going to slip through the net. A rule along the lines of all on the day tests must take place before 10am and notified to the league at which time would be better.
