Bristol Rob
The title of this thread should be read, and repeated to the timeless classic 'Here we go, here we go' music. And when you have done that, check your old piles of stickers, swaps and completed books. Maybe you can find one of 200 known to exist! https://whatsnew2day.com/first-ever-panini-card-from-a-young-cristiano-ronaldo-at-sporting-lisbon-sells-for-almost-60000/ Bonkers! We’ve got two of those, but then we lived across the road from Chandag Garage in Keynsham, so my dad was a regular visitor
Never to the dark side
Those early coin sets(including the Esso ones) that I have seen at boot sales etc seem to suffer from rusting problems. Not sure how you stop them get any more rustier.

I have got a gold coloured rusty Leeds Utd v Arsenal FA cup coin that I found in my mum’s house, I don’t know where that came from Edited February 8, 2022 by exAtyeoMax

Oh Louie louie
I needed two players to complete the mexico 86 book. One of them was the spurs player gary stevens, not the everton one. Im sure the other one was a canadian goalie.

I would check to see if those are legal, I don't know when the law changed to the girls having to be over 18 rather than over 16? I know that having back issues of the "super soaraway S*n" from that period and earlier could be dicey.
Oh Louie louie
I can recall my friend giving a sample, in about 2001. He said the books on offer, to speed up the job were from the 70s. Dread to think how many fingers they went through. Anyway, that sperm bank shut down, I asked him why, he said most men do their banking online these days... We went through IVF and in the w**k room, as we called it, they had both mags and DVD’s although not quite as old! Slightly more off putting was the sheet covering the sofa, I’m not sure who made such a mess that they needed to introduce a sheet in the first place, although the sample pot was quite small!
Oh Louie louie
From sticker books, to sticker books. Wonder if theres somebody with a job title buys the stuff for the nhs?
Oh Louie louie
Car booting the magazines, that could wok cyril. Niche market, but somebody will take a punt. Theres two ways of buying them. The people who buy them openly, or the ones who slip them in a newspaper at the counter. Maybe put some copies of the peoples friend or readers digest magazine next to them. The discreet buyers, could work with that.

Tinmans Love Child
I’m trying to find my Premier League 92/93 sticker album (which I completed FYI) as one of the faces on one of the stickers (David Hillier) is currently helping my builder out for the next 2 weeks finishing my house extension so wanted to get a signature! He played nearly 150 times for Arsenal with all the great players, won the league in his debut season, unfortunately he also played for Rovers, but some great stories heard already about the Tuesday Club, real nice guy!
