Popular Post Hello Dave
Hello all. My mate, former City apprentice and local football legend , Pete Hayes, sadly passed away recently. We’ve arranged a minutes applause for him on the 62nd minute on Saturday , can I ask you all to join in please? I know this sort of thing gets asked a lot on here, but, with his funeral tomorrow and his wife and daughters coming to the game, it really would be a nice tribute to a true football man and gentleman. Thanks in advance. 22

Tonks55
Came across this....https://www.shutterstock.com/editorial/image-editorial/bristol-city-fc-team-group-197677-back-row-lrmichael-simmons-charles-williamson-brian-mcneill-howard-pritchard-colin-lee-steve-harding-shaun-penny-kevin-mabbutt-john-bain-third-row-alan-dicks-manager-don-mackay-youth-team-coach-bill-tovey--1226917a He is seated front row, far right. If this was 1976/1977 then I reckon that puts Pete at about 65..no age. RIP.

Gazred
Watched on RTV, they also noted it. Showed the applause and the big screen. Well done all, nicely done.
