We've been favourites for relegation ever since we made it into this league. For some reason the bookies don't rate us - that's fine. Under the radar and dismissed by everyone is good - as long as prospective new signings aren't fooled into believing it of course.

They probably read this place.

Not just bookies, but the wider football world doesn't rate us.

To say we’ve always been favourites for relegation is total nonsense, even last season when we were truly awful we were as big as 11/2 to be relegated with one firm (Huddersfield were rank outsiders at 66/1 to win the league) with eight teams shorter than our 11/2 in fact the bookies had us more likely to finish in the top six at a best priced 9/2 and the seasons before that we would of been even bigger prices to be relegated

Sunderland may well be about to refresh their squad, but there's no guarantee that brings success. Football history is littered with teams that get promoted, renew their squad, and fail. Based on the information available today, I think they're one of the weaker teams.

As for us, I'm as certain as it is possible to be that we won't be relegated.

I reckon we will do ok!We have the makings of a good team and the manager will be much happier and hopefully so will the team!!
