RedM
Maybe August is our new January, or whatever month it is that we traditionally have the wobbles? Be realistic, we weren't going to win every match this season. Take some positives, Surely lessons have been learnt from the past 2 matches??? Just because we finished 3rd last year it counts for nothing in August. We almost had it right last year, maybe too much too soon has been changed, this must have been noted by those that matter??? We failed to show any spark until the (too late) introduction of our subs, how did they feel having to chase a lost game? It must be difficult to adapt to be player/manager, maybe playing should take a backseat for a while until things are more settled. I'm trying to be positive, but it's difficult, especially when I didn't see the match, I'm sure it sounds worse on the radio. I'm nowhere near ready to join the 'Tinnion out' brigade, Wilson had 4 years. I doubt if Tins will have that amount of time or money so he needs to know he is backed by us when it matters. But I would like to see he is learning from these early games and making changes appropiately. deadratinmycider
Agreed RedM everybody needs to calm down. I'm dissapointed with the first two results but the reaction at the moment is unbelievable. We came 3rd last year, which means we were not good enough to get promoted. Why do people assume we will win every game this season just because we have a new manager and a couple of new players? We need to give the players time to adjust to the new formation. If there is no progress over the next couple of games then i'm sure Tinman will have a look at changing the formation. There is no need for this huge panic yet. Stylus
last season we wouldn't of got where we where without that huge winning run so lets keep the faith & wait for results too come our way
