Gillies Downs Leeds
About time too. Usually have a small bet when watching the footy. Today's was Ballard to be booked. He should have been booked in first half when he had hold of cov strikers shirt for about 10 yards. I know it is only early in the season but I can't see that the standard of refereeing is going to be any better this season!!

They’ve been a bit more dominant second half, but still look toothless up front. It’s been quite a physical battle and Sunderland have come out of it better in that regard. Will be interesting to see how we stand up to them next week. They’re a handful, with the likes of Batth and McFadzean. Could be quite good fun watching how Chris Martin handles himself up against those two.
Robbored
Terrific individual goal that! Came from nothing.
CliftonCliff
Yes, outstanding individual effort from Gyokeres looks like it will give Coventry a point they barely deserve, but it doesn’t disguise an indifferent performance. The introduction of KP doesn’t seem to have made much impact.

And how does NP change the lineup/system ? Next Saturday will be like those games v Preston. Also noticed how many times they went down “injured” at 1-0, which miraculously stopped once Coventry equalised.

Biggest crowd in the EFL this weekend, their fans turn out in huge numbers home and away every week, and have stayed loyal despite the unmitigated dross they’ve largely had to endure for years. The people of that town absolutely live for their football and they are miles better than that overrrated bunch of Skunks up the road. They’ll pack the Atyeo to the rafters next week and it’ll be a terrific occasion.
