He spoke previously of Spence's attitude. Conte wants Spence to go out on loan, and Spence is reportedly refusing. It didn't seem like the best move at the time due to the number of wing backs Tottenham already had. Ability to judge a character. The back on forth of social media between the two, highlights there isn't much love lost. Definitely seen an interview with him saying that Spence had got into some trouble in Middlesbrough and staying there was not an option. The Twitter exchange between the two seemed to indicate there was some bad blood between the two.
