AshtonRobin21
He deserves so much credit for the work he does for the club. The transition from Under 21's football to the senior squad has become seamless because of the work he does. Having the likes of him and Scotty at the club has such a positive impact. They know what the club is all about and will pass on that mentality into the next generation.

Absolutely , He does , but so do those coaching at the various age groups Rarely named , or heralded , at any club People like Tommy will have had a lot of work done with him over the years 1

TomThumb84
Smudger Smith for me. But only in the warm up the keeper pre-game scenario. Got into the game and despite running 60 yards in 7 seconds 9 times he would invariably scuff 80% of his delivery. Loved him mind.

Blaze down the right wing like Billy Whizz … and end up in the crowd with the ball.

So glad he was brought back to the club. If we think back to when he was manager then even back then he was wanting to bring the youth through. He should never of been made manager but I'm sure that experience has helped him. Need to give him a lifetime contract. I suspect he earns a modest wage whilst potentially making the club tens of millions. Just a shame we couldn't find similar roles for the likes of Millen, Holden etc.
