We can hope it's not serious but it's an opportunity for someone else until he's back. Possibly Kane Wilson to right wing back and Sykes into the Weimann role.

Not sure it answers that question anyway. Who out of Semenyo, Wells and Conway would play the Weimann role?

FWIW Conway played in the Weimann role for the u23s last season and a withdrawn role in part of a pre-season game.  Obviously no idea whether he’ll even miss any games but as per RF’s posts, it’s funny how football gives players a break, and Wilson (or whoever) could benefit.

There was a home game in August when I was watching Weimann run and at times he looked to be struggling. It may have been an ongoing issue since the start of the season and it has finally caught up with him. Let's hope it was just a precaution, but if not we can still be ok

Think it's because it's Weimann. He's had two serious knee injuries already so it's natural to be worried if he pulls up like that. He's the first name on our team sheet every week as well so it'll not be easy for anyone to take his place. Hopefully he's ok and he did just come off as a precaution.

Spot on. Plus we were rubbish last time when he was injured and he was great when he came back.

Player may or may not be injured shocker

We have other players who can fill his role,

Scott can play further forward

Sykes can play there

Conway can play there bring semenyo back into the fold

We can change formation

The over reaction on here at times is laughable l

So people are not allowed to react then?

Of course they can but I read one comment saying our season was over already!

It would be an overreaction even if it was confirmed that he was out for the season, to say it without even knowing the extent of his injury is absurd in the extreme
