Club shop and VAT

Hi, I messaged the shop through the online form last weekend, still no reply!

Looking to order for delivery to Republic of Ireland - it says that VAT is deducted (as we'd be paying VAT here), however when you go through the checkout it appears to not be the case.

Any feedback/solution appreciated! Below is from the website

Thanks for the message, I contacted the shop and they've come back saying

'We are contacting our Website and Till support team to clarify this, as it doesn’t seem to be working as it should. We also cannot find the initial contact point, so please could you just let them know that we are looking into it, and to contact us on shop@bristol-sport.co.uk with their contact details so that we can update them when we have more information?'
