Just came across this.

The antidote to the World Cup, where it can easily feel that it's all about money.

Former Premier League defender Phil Bardsley has joined Stockport County on a free transfer until the end of the season.
He will be donating his entire salary during his time at Edgeley Park to the club’s community charity.
