cheddarwedlocker Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 Coventry have just confirmed the ACL injury of Callum O’Hare, all the best to the lad but surely a boost to us for sunday. If we remain defensively capable, assured and confident we really can give em a good game. A new years away win would be a dream eh. Quote

They must really be regretting out pricing him of a move to Burnley in the summer. He must be gutted too. They even tried to sell him to them after he did his hamstring. Out of contract in 18 months so this injury has pretty much wiped out his value. We should have beat them at AG. Coventry are a very annoying team. They are able to fluke results when they don't deserve it. They like to niggle and to take games into the 90th minute level where they'll then try and get a lucky pen. They have a very small squad like ours too. Many of their players are probably in the red zone. I think they are now on 1 win in 5? If we can keep Gykores out of the game like Cardiff did tonight then we'll be fine. Spectacularly blew a 3 nil lead against Swansea to draw 3-3. Couldn't beat a very poor Cardiff team tonight. Their players were booed off at the end. I fancy our chances. Quote
Davefevs Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 It was so innocuous too, kinda tripped over himself. Hope he makes a full recovery. Good player to watch. Palmer will probably get more minutes as a result. Quote

cheddarwedlocker Posted December 30, 2022 Author Posted December 30, 2022 The cardiff team from last night. The fact Gyokeres wasnt able to have a good run at a backline which contained COD at LB and a RB at CB, I am slowly increasing my optimism levels. God help me Quote
