We have to be more clinical in the box, just not good enough, but that’s why we are where we are, too many chances going begging or chances that peter out as we get into that last phase.

Bell is struggling now, I'd swap him out for Mehmeti at HT but NP normally resists any changes until the 60 minute mark.

For an attacking full playing centre back I think Pring has been excellent.

He has won everything in the air, not been beaten and bar a couple of excitable moments has been good with it at his feet, although needs to calm the long balls down a bit

Huddersfield look poor and City should have taken at least one of the chances. It needs a bit of better control near the penalty area. Got to hope Huddersfield don't get a goal on the break. If they do it will be Neil Warnock tactics to grind out a 1-0 win.

I would say Bell’s was a tap in. Albeit a tricky one but Wells would have slotted it in.

Think ref thought 1) their player wasn't getting there and 2) Dasilva got a little touch...don't think he did.

Good first half, surely Huddersfield can't be as bad second half.  We must come out strong and not given them a sniff.

James imperious.  Even when Hungbo was breaking, he moved 2 yards to his right and made Hungo play a pass he didn't want to...and Vyner intercepts.  Tanner giving us an edge when he drifts inside.  Hogg cannot cope with Scott, he's sucked him tight and then laid it off knowing he's eventually gonna get a nibble...yellow card...now watch Alex exploit him.

First half in a nutshell.

We have created a few decent scoring opportunities notably Tanner’s ball to Bell was excellent unfortunately SB overcooked his touch and King will have nightmares about his missed chance. Sometimes when you don’t take your chances you get done by a scruffy effort at the other end and I was fearing the ref pointing to the spot when Jay slipped in, don’t think it was a pen bu5 seen them given.

They have three on yellows so might be tempted to bring on AM to run at them.

Other than a few sloppy moments and slips we’ve dominated that half. We aren’t likely to win many balls in the air so very much need to keep it fast and on the grass.

Well... Really happy with lots of that; energy, work rate, technical quality, attacking with pace... but we haven't converted again!

Both teams should have had a pen.
