astrondrew
It's seems possible that West Ham might become interested again if Paqueta goes to Man City for £70m+ Edited August 9, 2023 by astrondrew
Mr Popodopolous
I'd say West Ham given the impact of Rice and departure of Lanzini already needed 3 midfielders. Problem is Moyes is under pressure and looking at more experienced options. Or maybe it's that tug of war beyween him and the New Director of Football also ongoing. Yeah they look a more experienced range. Maguire and Ward-Prowse..Alvarez also linked he's 25 but he's from Ajax and no PL experience. Scott dunno if he'd be a Moyes target, DoF one or Newman. If Alex is with us come the end of this window I expect he will be here for the season. Players don't usually come cheaper in January and those who need to buy because they're near the bottom of the table are likely to look for more experience than Alex can offer. ScottishRed
Wolves look like they are out of the race because of finance. As mentioned above West Ham seem to have some serious internal conflict, I suspect either Davie Moyes or the new Technical Director will depart soon, so they are focused on that. Bournemouth have gone cold at £25m. Unless another club enters the game it looks like he is staying, for the moment. Of course all of that could change in a heartbeat.

Shauntaylor85
What a terrible week this is turning into. I truly hope Tinnion and Nige have a plan, we have just lost the creative spark and best striker at club until Xmas at least. Stop messing about chasing defenders and GK, we need a creative CM and striker asap! Edited August 9, 2023 by Shauntaylor85

Jose
Knew it was going to happen but doesn’t make it any easier. I feel the optimism has been sapped out of me after Saturdays performance, Conways injury and now this.
And Its Smith
But but pearson doesn’t lie about injuries! £20m+ so might not be £25m. How did they do that without getting a seat at the table?!

Better Red
We should name rename one the stands after Bournemouth. I make that circa £50m+ in last few years. All it with out a penny sell on to any other club. That’s just one club… Let’s hope NP can reinvest at least £5m of that.
