Probably not as ITV would rather it hadn't been moved, because of the changed kickoff time they have the hassle of moving the Derby to accommodate it. I think it’s more likely that ITV have control over the kick off time for the horse racing & the police moved them both to the same time, resulting in ITV having to make a *insert horse pun* change. I think ITV controlling the MET police would be an improvement over the MET police controlling the MET police. I'd sack the lot of them and get the cast of The Bill to police London.
