miser
It's already been deemed successful. The council can't wait to impose this on Bemmy and Ashton as punishment for resisting residents parking zones. 1
Red Shadow
Oh great. Let's make it as difficult as possible for people to watch sport at Ashton Gate. Welcome To The Jungle
So just like CAZ, I'm broadly in favour of this in principle. We are all far to reliant on our cars and everyone needs to find other means. However there needs to be alternatives to driving. Public transportation is awful. Lots of supermarket balckspots where you can't walk to one. House/rent prices forcing people to commuter towns etc. Fix the above first, then punish car driving.

It’s good to know that deliveries will still be allowed,so a Amazon driver will be able to drop off a £3 delivery and Just Eat a load of food
