Good to see that women’s football is going to get some recognition at last.
OneTeamInBristol
Love how the article was posted today the 11th May and it says at the bottom of said article that submissions are open from now until Weds 2nd May. redsince1994
Maybe a new rule, if you land on the mem you have to wear some sort of canvas hat for the rest of the game.

Rather than a small metal dog as a playing piece, they could have a small metal tent. 1

Would be much more structurally sound than the actual "stands"
Super
What is Bristol's "Old Kent Road"?
Northern Red
Did like the suggestion I saw on twitter that the car playing piece gets charged £9 every time it moves.
Jerseybean
Here’s an opportunity to influence the new Bristol version of Monopoly, https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/news/bristol-news/bristol-new-edition-monopoly-residents-8430434?utm_source=bristol_live_newsletter&utm_campaign=daily_newsletter2&utm_medium=email

Bristol Rob
Rather than houses and hotels, we could build student flats and arenas. The stations should all be taken from the map for Marvin's Marvellous Underground and the Waterworks should be a picture of the Dog Botherer moments after he took the Fewers non league. Slacker
I would love to see Blackbeard outside the Llandogger Trow as one of the squares/properties, and also Blackbeard as a playing piece.I imagine a Darth Vader piece may appeal to quite a few people. If it has the Blackbeard thing I will buy it just for that even though it will never get played as Monopoly is monumentally tedious!

It’s mad because I was only telling my mates yesterday that a Bristol monopoly already exists & their get rich quick scheme to make one wouldn’t take off! Sent em a photo yesterday of it so here it is. Cheek of it having AG (even if it was pre rebuild the same colour as the Mem) 1

Midred
Figure of Joey Barton never far from the "Go to jail" square? It would be handy as the Mem and the prison would be adjacent squares!

Pretty groovy if you are a big cat. (Can't help but wonder if we are moving away from the point of this thread....). Oooh, keeping the animal theme! Make Wendy the elephant one of the playing pieces. Erithacus
I would suspect the dearest properties would all be in the New Bohemia district, previously known as North Street. Also suspect that the good burghers of Somerset would not be keen to have all the crims sent there.
