Not Banksy
When you look at Cov and Luton it’s hard to look at this with that much pride.. but is this proof that we are getting there?
View from the Dolman
Those wage figures don't look right at all. £218500 x 52 = £11,362,000 Even if you look purely at Bristol City Football Club Ltd, the wagebill shows as in excess of £20m.

I'd assume this is players only, we are well known for having mass additional costs for behind the scenes staff which is what you are referring to
And Its Smith
No way of knowing how accurate this is so pointless looking at it

If you share the remaining c. £9m shown in the accounts between the 126 other employees outside the players categorisation, that gives an average of £75k/year. That's just patently absurd.
Davefevs
I read the tweet, the source is one of those salary websites…which are pretty futile as a basis.
Not Banksy
Apologies for my quick screenshot and post.. looking back at this I can see how far off it is ahahahaha
W-S-M Seagull
Those figures ain't right at all. The likes of Luton, Coventry and Sunderland didn't have to play the large part of the season with just the 1 recognised cb as they were able to increase their wage budgets. Injuries at CB clearly hampered us this season but I feel it's worth pointing out that Sunderland did play the last 10 or so games with zero recognised CBs, and no more than one or two available at any time for most of the 2nd half of the season. Luke O’Nien played most games? Danny Batth only missed the last 3? Joe Anderson was signed from Everton, they just didn’t really pick him. Dan Ballard missed the last 10 or so, granted. Like us they ran a small squad.
