Adult and Junior Forwarding

Hi Jerry

I have an adult ticket and a junior ticket I want to forward. Every time I try to forward either to my brother who is on my account your system throws an error saying 

At least one Junior Price Type must be selected in this Area.

Blocking me from forwarding either. There is clearly a bug. Can you get someone to look at it. 

IF THEY NEED my Bristol sport ticketing account to test the issue let me know!?

I think this is because it's in the family area.  You'd need to speak to one of us.  I can call you if you like.  Cheers Jerry
