I was about 40th, or something stupid, in the queue but the query was dealt with swiftly and a matchday ticket emailed to me immediately, as the club woefully underestimated how many people would want physical cards. Those guys must’ve been absolutely run off their feet these last few weeks so just wanted to put my thanks to them all on the record, it can’t be easy taking the flak for City’s many shortcomings so fair play to them all. COYR Yep, in any business it's always the front line staff who cop the flak for the actions of those above them.
