If Amazon/Sky/Netflix did a documentary on Bristol City ...

As a genuine answer I think we’d find the recruitment side under Tinnion is fairly well run. I’d expect to see a clear plan with targets for each position and not just now but 1-3 years ahead as well.

I expect the scouting of our young talent and academy development would be interesting.

Weve got a steady ship now with management of the team and coaches, I think we’ve got a good set of lads who wouldn’t show themselves up in that time like days gone past. It would be really interest to get j sight into Nige’s managerial talks and his man management.

On the flip side I wouldn’t expect high hopes from the senior management side. The kit issues and branding are a joke and I think if we had some genuine insight into that it would be hilarious and tin pot.

Our training ground and stadium facilities would probably look top notch too.

NP, Gould, Tinnion- Good.

Alexander- Probably so so.

Mark Ashton days- Hello David Brent.

Some of the mid-management?? Dunno. Probably not fantastic plus JL of course.

Interviewer: Jon, what are you drawing?

JL: Er, Sorry. This is a bit tricky. You have to be very careful not to colour over the lines.

[Sound recordist: I think there's something wrong with his mic, the levels look low and there a bit too much treble.]

Interviewer: Can I see?

[JL hands A4 sized picture over.]

Interviewer: That's a cow? Right?

JL: It's the design for our home kit for next season.

Interviewer: Oh, I tho ...

JL: You're holding it upside down.
