Unwatchable

Hi Gerry. I hope all is well.

YET AGAIN BCTV HAS FAILED ON MATCHDAY. There is a thread on OTIB and as you will see folks from all over the world are unable to watch

Complaints have been made to Bristolcitytvsupport@streamamg.com 

However I think it is time the contract with this company is reviewed. Please forward appropriately and if possible get a response on behalf of the club

Any Robins TV queries need to be email to bristolcitytvsupport@streamamg.com.  You are more than welcome to copy me in slo@bcfc.co.uk and I can forward on to our contact with them but it's not something any of us in Supporter Services can help with initially with technical problems.

Hey Jerry. Matchday Video unwatchable as per thread.

Many have applied for refunds, however this is not great. If you can forward to those who need to know it would be appreciated

I know Jerry is on leave this week so will step in

The SC&T already raised our concerns with the club about this and we are expecting a response at the next meeting we hold with them

We were originally going to meet again on the 11th but due to a number of club officials being on leave this week has been rescheduled to the 31st 

As always there will be feedback from the SC&T after the meeting
