Ever since new website came in ( or update, however you want to interpret it) seems to be issues when buying. Put all my card details in, press submit then comes back with a blank screen. My old man did it for the coventry game few weeks ago and it charged him twice! Took myself 6 attempts to purchase Southampton away this morning. Emailed them and they said payments only went through once, but check to see if the second payment has cleared from pending transactions in 3-7 days. I much preferred the old site as a general point, I don't find it easy to navigate. Too many photos etc when you want to read the latest news articles over past few weeks. Tried 3 different cards for Southampton and finally got an email receipt at the 3rd attempt. Total crap that has not been rectified for weeks.
