We hate it when Bournemouth/Brighton take our best players. I hate the food chain of football, but it exists and it's part of the game. I wish it wasn't, but we've been where you are right now plenty of times. For what it's worth there's a pretty decent manager called Nigel Pearson available right now, or even Curtis Fleming.
