I really hope the team's performance and results pick up soon and that this appalling campaign to bully Jon Lansdown comes to an abrupt halt.

What about the way the Lansdowns treated Pearson?

Some would argue that was tantamount to bullying.

Anyway, what appalling campaign? I've not seen anything, anywhere.

Is it online? If so, can you provide a link?

If they abuse you by all means block them. I'd do the same. But if you block people just because they disagree with you it suggests you are not open to debate. An odd way to improve communication as Jon claimed he wants to do.

On here I will give a like to someone I disagree with if I think they have made their case well. Why on earth would I block them? I have to be open to the possibility that they might be right otherwise what's the point of debate?

It will be interesting to see whether Jon ever addresses the fans face to face. Would he have people escorted from the room if they disagreed with him?

Of course I get what you're saying, though I'm sure they get for more interaction then any of us do on here, and it must get a bit much at times, still well with in their rights to do what they want on their own social media channels. And communicate the right way ( which obviously they haven't done recently)

OK, so I'm a bit of a conspiracy theorist, but is it merely a coincidence that "Cristored" is an anagram of "directors"?

Could well be onto something Sir.

This extremely irritating newbie poster and the people running this club, appear to have an astonishingly similar pov on everything.

Bully? This isn't about bullying this about a bloke thats a total car crash in the position he's holding. No way should be a chairman this isnt just about the pathetic sacking of Pearson but other decisions made at the club IE merchandise. Ask yourself why atmosphere is crap at Ashton gate that's because of decisions being made at the top. It's about the bigger picture.

There’s no great conspiracy, it’s simply an already banned user coming on to OTIB with another new account to hopefully coax others into abusing him so he can report them and get them banned themselves.

Sounds like a 🔔

Is that allowable to call a 🔔 a 🔔 if they clearly are a 🔔?

If not I will take the short term ban cos - what a 🔔

I wish Jon lansdown could have been at QPR to see the vicious display of disaffection shown by all the Bristol city fans 🤣

There were chants of We want our Nige back reportedly.

Think people will reserve judgment until Manning has had a little while in charge.

However if it goes badly, interesting times could await.

It’s an unfortunate reality that successful organisations are open, inclusive and welcoming of differing views and challenge.
Organisations which try to stifle debate, refuse to listen to challenge and close down discussions all too often fail to deliver their objectives. If you think about it the reasons are obvious.
it is pretty clear to me which Bristol City has become and the likely consequences for success in the pitch. I hope I am wrong, but I don’t expect much under the current regime.

I'd say this is not uncommon in the Football industry, certainly the higher you go.
