Ticket Office Good Experience

I had to call today to upgrade a child season ticket to an adult seat. The bloke was great and very helpful

I also had to book some hostility in the Heineken for another game. Again the other lad was very helpful!

As much as I hate the bloody phone season ticket thing, particularly as I have a relatively complicated situation, the ticket office people are very helpful when you get through!

Yeah I always call it hostility! When you have been in some I have for work et al, it is appropriate!

Mind you the Heineken is always cool. I have met many players there. Shaun Goater was my favorite. “Shaun what was your favorite goal for us?” “Dunno Dave I got so many”.

I must admit, I’m getting ****** off with chat bots and online forms with most companies, so when the guys and girls solve my ticketing woes within minutes and in one go, I’m always glad there’s still some people picking up phones at City.

I normally get my memberships and tickets for me and grandsons on the web app. So not often need to call to get anything. But any time I have the service has been excellent

My experience is of nothing but first class service - once you've got to the front of the queue!

The people they employ are excellent, there just needs to be more of them. I can understand why there aren't though.

If only they could solve my "ID number not recognised" glitch.

Ah good to hear that they are helpful. I have a bit of a query myself. I’m wanting to basically pay off my monthly DD for STs in one fell swoop/lump sum. I had thought about asking on a match day but can’t imagine that’s the best time. Maybe I’ll give them a call?

It`ll probably be the finance company you`ll need to speak to. There will be contact details in the ts&cs of your agreement somewhere. I expect the club will just advise you to do that.
