HT 1-2. Hull certainly very lucky with the Pen award, BUT we have been poor since getting on top and scoring the opener.

Sykes can't get past his man and is playing very passive, Mehmeti anonymous. Need some changes.

Controversial but this is mostly Nigel Pearson's team, and according to most on here we are not playing well or are not very good, so who are we blaming?

Nige would not have put up with that pen being given, I’m not convinced the ref would have the balls to give it if he was still in charge!

I mean it’s an absolutely shocking decision for the penalty - as soft as it gets.

But is it just me or is it just very hard to get any sort of optimism or positivity about that half? 
 

At home and we just feel miles off another top 6 team - and Hull for ***** sake. 

Another club to the list to come back and over take us in the queue for promotion as we slowly drift backwards.

Really poor defensively. But for a great tackle by Vyner and O’Leary’s save, we’d be 4-1 down and probably worth it.

There’s no plan b if passing it around doesn’t work and, apart from a decent 10 minutes, it hasn’t.

We aren’t trying to play in the style we did under Pearson so your point is a bit moot.

Fu##ing Hull ahead at half time: probably it wasn't a penalty but they were growing into the game and partly for our fault. Disappointed with the lads so far.

We were looking good in the 10/15 around the goal, then just seemed to let them into it. 2 ridiculous decisions in a row from the ref for the pen. We've been better again since going behind.

Don’t think it’s as bad as that tbh. From my seat the middle twenty of that half we looked the better team, wasn’t up until we scored then we seemed to forget how to pass. 

Couple of referring decisions allowed them to keep the pressure on and they capitalised. 0 point in continually bringing up JLs “top 6” comment imo as it’s so obviously incorrect.

Very poor again we seem to be on top in games for 10 mins until the opposition suss us out then they combat it and take co0ntrol. We never look like scoring in open play We should have lost against Sunderland but porr finishing by them let us off We are going backwards quickly whatever Manning is trying to teach them they dont seem to understand it
