It was the issue when Radio Bristol was launched,

and I think Bristol football radio commentarys started with just updates,

as Radio 2 use to have second half radio coverage of a top flight match.

Seem to remember the updates were every 15 minutes or so unless there was a goal and there was music in between, first commentator i remember was Phil Tottle.
