That is a lot to ask from a squad that is still thin on numbers.

Joe Williams of course is back on Tuesday & hopefully Sykes & Atkinson are available before too long to add depth but when you look at tonight’s bench including Knight-Lebel, Backwell, Nelson, King & Bajic it is a tough ask on the others.

Not optimistic we’ll bring in anyone else next week either.

Pring and TGH will miss the Forest replay due to second yellows tonight, so Roberts could deputise for the former. But I fully agree, more games puts a huge strain on the squad. Time for the replacements to step up!

On the transfer front we may see one more incoming permanently on deadline day, should the cards fall favourably, plus one possible outgoing on loan in similar circumstances.

Pring could probably do with a rest anyway, even though we can’t do without him. Williams is back for that one so just means TGH plays in the league games either side of it.

That last bit wouldn’t leave us any better off, would it?

Depends on the outgoing player, Graham. All rumours though. Time will tell.

We haven’t got a lot to play for so we can blood a few youngsters and gain them experience it’s a managers dream

Yep, just think we use the suspensions as enforced rotations.
