An observation. The messages are illegible from a distance because of the typeface/font used. A bold condensed font shouldn't be used, also uppercase (capitals) isn't generally used in body type because it isn't so easy to read as a mix of upper and lower.
I tried to read the messages on both screens at HT last Friday, from S21 and couldn't decipher either of them (and I have just been to Specsavers). The in-house design team should be able to rectify this quite easily.
