Cole Not Gas
Both these clubs in dire straights with poor crowds, more empty seats v Ipswich at the Den than in our South Stand, neither can win and yet it has a fascination. I don't mind never going to the Den again and we go to Sheffield who possibly will have won 1 in 9 by tomorrow week - that could be ominous for us? How many fans will flock to Hillsborough? For those that believe in ManBall we could be collecting another 3 points at home v another under-performing London club and yet another 3 points on the road - what can possible go wrong with all this current optimism? Sleepy1968
Er, I think the term is 'Manning Ball' - not that I use it. I wouldn't Google 'ManBall', but each to their own. I was surprised how weak Millwall were against Ipswich, but I suppose you could ague that that it was a free hit for them and I doubt they were expecting a victory. Millwall should hope to get over the line v Sheff Weds, but a draw wouldn't be a bad result and keep Weds subdued for next week. We aren't going up/getting in play-offs, but a winning mentality breeds confidence, so I hope I'm still looking forward to the game come 5pm tomorrow. Come On You Reds Definitely in Dire Straits at both clubs, they’re so far away from safety that their latest trick to take the walk of life to the upper regions may end up being money for nothing. Etc.
