1960maaan
Thanks Dave, interesting and familiar sounding read. Funny their problems against QPR sounded the same as ours yesterday, and overall similar problem to what many see as ours.

Jonathan King christened the band 10cc after signing them to UK Records. He told the then nameless group that he'd had a dream about standing in front of the Hammersmith Odeon and the headline act in neon lights was 10cc. They were originally 3/4 of Hotlegs, now unfortunately they are just 2.5 CC !

I was at the first one in 1974: Tim Buckley (Jeff’s father), the Sensational Alex Harvey Band, Van Morrison, the Mahavishnu Orchestra, The Doobie Brothers, the Allman Brothers. Happy days. If you guys listen to podcasts at all you would probably appreciate https://500songs.com/ - an absolue tour de force, though I should warn you he's only up to the late sixties at present, 1974 might be reached in a year or two edit - Oh how wonderful - I have my very own forum stalker! Its a pity he didn't sing lead on any of their singles from '72 to '76.
