Season Ticket download

I’ve had to change phones as my old one won’t turn on and im struggling to add my season tickets to my new wallet as the option to add is blanked out.

Does anyone have any idea of what I’m potentially doing wrong or how I can download a different way?

I hate to say the easiest option may be to call supporters services and they can email you a copy you can either print or use at the scanner

Yep echo this the FAQ states:

What happens if I lose or change my phone during the season?

If you lose or change your phone during the season, please contact our Supporter Services team on supporterservices@bristol-sport.co.uk or 0117 963 0600.
