red as fcuk Posted August 21, 2004 Report Share Posted August 21, 2004 I have read a lot on here recently about players that suit (or not in some cases) Tinmans style of play. What is this style? the only continuity from one game to another is how this-jointed we seem to be. We seem to be playing a different formation every game. We seem to put out a different side every game. Players are moved into several different positions DURING the game (for example Anyinsah came on as sub against torquay with about half an hour to go, started on the left had a decent chance or 2 then was moved to the middle for about 5 mins and was then put on the right. So how can people be saying players need to get used to their positions and Tinmans STYLE because Tinman is not giving anyone a chance to settle.....no wonder we look this-jointed! I personally believe that Tinman has been very niaive in thinking that this division would be a walk in the park...which amazes me seeing as he has been struggling in this division with the rest of us for such a long time. I hope eventually Tinman will get it right, but for his sake he'd better do it quickly! Needs to pick one formation and stick to it, players seem unsetled, Tinmans putting out a new side each week. Oh by the way, Murray u lost about 10 yards of pace, but get out there. Shouldnt've taken him back, kept the money and bought a defender or keeper.
