4-3-3

I know it's only been 5 league games. I know we've tried a few formations. But 4-3-3 was meant to get us scoring more, when in fact it's working against us, giving us less width and exposing the defence.

Should we give the players a chance to adapt to this system or should a system be picked AROUND the players we have in their best positions?

4-3-3 may not work, but the fact is that we've not actually been playing 4-3-3 in the past few games that I've seen. Against Swindon and Wycombe we were playing a sort of confused 4-4-2 with an absence of wingers, then just a disorganised mess following the substitutions.
