CiderEagle
Get in! Those of us who still remember our Sarf Lunnon roots all breathe a sigh of relief that it wasn't Dowie...
Scrumpymeup
He is still going to manage Wales for the next 2 qualifying matches against England and Poland. It was rumoured that Bobby Robson could be in the running but working in Cardiff the only person they want as the new manager is John Toshack. There is a possibility also that Gary Speed could take on a similar role to what Hughes did, he was still playing when he retired to step into management. Does anyone think this will affect the team or spur them on to impress whoever the new manager is, could benefit England? Whatever happens with the national job he has a huge task at Blackburn to get a push up the league, good luck to him!
