"I am disappointed with the handling of this as I agreed with Wigan that nothing would be signed until I spoke to Neil," Todd told City's website. "Neil had been keen to sign a deal, but now I am sure the agent has had his own interests at heart." Oh well, you can always recall that striker that you released AFTERyou signed him on loan because you supposedly didn't have enough players can't you!?
