He is a decent enough second/third division player but you could never have put your money on him in a one to one with the keeper. That is the acid test of a striker. He was never 100% committed either, witness his lack of celebration at Cardiff. Just imagine being a Liverpool supporter and seeing Michael Owen go; then you'd have something to whinge about.
