cheshire_red
Posted on http://www.bristolcitynet.co.uk message board: Hi guys... I'm sure you're aware of our current plight in battling to save our club and rid it of our Chairman. To do this we need to get massive gates so we can continue to run day to day while giving us the time to save the club in the long term. We are about to start our campaign to double our attendance at our last match and get around 10,000+ into the stadium. We would love to see as many of you there as possible, after all we are currently level on points. We would also hope that you would offer support to our campaign to save our club from death and to keep it's home, the Racecourse Ground. As we would should you guys need it. Some of you may have heard of the state of our club's affairs due to our asset stripping Chairman, think Luton Town's problems, yet far worse, that is the dreadful state we are in. Please visit our fans site (link below) and find out the latest on what is happening to Wrexham AFC. Many thanks for yout time, regards, DT aka The Boss Link : http://www.red-passion.com

Guest Old Red In Exile
There will be at least 4 of us going to Wrexham and will be drinking in the Turf. Great away fixture and good fans, not like the one's in South Wales ! Good luck with your fight. It might be a lesson for our club, when fans get excited about investors offering lots of money and then the club get's stripped of it's assests. At least we have a Chairman that looks after the Club's interests, even if it makes him unpopular. I would rather still have a Club and Ground and be mediocre than the plight Wrexham are in. Heathy33
Good luck with your fight against this arse. Sadly a lot of people on this board and city fans in general would rather go to take the p*** out of your situation than show solidarity and offer support. But from the few of us who care as much about the game in general as well as city, good luck.
