Never to the dark side
But before I do these are my comments The slowness of the staff do they realise haf-time lasts fifteen minutes No passion or loyalty to my club (because they are beleive agency staff) If agency staff are employed the wage structure is of the order say The following wage structure is my understanding and not the exact figures Basic pay five pounds an hour, agency charges another 2.50p So it costs the employer (BCFC) 7.50 The club has to pay out 7.50 But if the club employed the staff them selves for every two staff you get a third staff member free of charge Thier is no problems with paying holiday pay for the staff The catering staff never wear name badges or wear protective clothing with thier allocated number displayed, like the stewards. If they had a allocated staff number maybe that would improve accountabilty Fans are getting fed up of the extended waits for #### food, and a lot of fans are getting thier bottles of pop(and soft drink cartoons) sandwiches crips and pies from the supermarket down the road So what you get then is less fans going to the food outlets, so the staff numbers are reduced in the food outlets, vious circle would you not agree? So a couple of solutions have up right vending machines These could dispense soft drinks on draft, but no hot drinks cos in this litigation society some one would burn them selves and then attempt to sue the club The vending machine could dispense sandwiches and crips and chocholate. While the staff are waiting for the big rush to appear they couldstock up the vending machines
