Cardy
Phillips - Could play in Championship, great shot stopper, dodgey kicking and catching. Keep. Bell - Past it, injury prone, can't cross anymore, no pace. Get rid. Hill - Pacey but makes too many mistakes, average Div 1 player. Keep. Butler - Past it, no pace. Get rid. Coles - A centre back not a right back. Decent prospect but not as good as he thinks he is. Keep. Smith - Pacey, good crosser, attack minded. Reckless fouls. Average Div 1 player. Keep. Fortune - Good prospect being wasted. Give him a run at centre back alongside Coles. Keep. Amankwaah - Very pacey but no control, simply not good enough. Always flatters to deceive. Get rid. Murray - Has lost the plot and that yard of pace. Has done nothing for months. Keeps diving. Kick him up the arse. Doherty - Should not be captain, lucky to get in the side. Looks disinterested. Drop. Dinning - Early, but I think he will be good. Good passer and cool head. Keep. Tinnion - Too old, too slow. Time to retire. Wilkshire - Great prospect but being played out of position. He is not a left winger. Eye for goal. Keep. Lita - Eye for goal, always a threat but needs a rest. Great prospect. Keep. Brooker - Solid and leads the line well. Eye for goal. Keep. Orr - Excellent prospect. Can pass and tackle. Big lad. Should be playing instead of Doherty. Keep. Gillespie - Quick and eye for goal. Good prospect but needs some experience. Loan him out. Heffernan - Good player, always tries 100%. Natural goal scorer. Keep. Miller - Not good enough. Get rid. Goodfellow - Lightning quick. On current form more dangerous than either Wilkshire or Murray on the wing. Get him back from Swansea and give him a chance. Brown - Good prospect, 100% committed, good passer and good tackler. Inexperienced. Keep and play as a sub for now. Team Phillips Smith, Coles, Fortune, Hill Murray, Dinning, Wilkshire, Goodfellow Heffernan, Brooker Subs Lita, Brown, Orr, Doherty, New Defender VERDICT Should give Tinnion a season but he needs help. Millen is a waste of space. We aint strong enough in the tackle and have too many players who only play when they want to. Realistically we are going now going backwards and will be in this division next season.

Rednready
Next season 2005-2006, if promoted and we had no more signings......Phillips-Orr-Coles-Hill-Goulborne, Scott Brown-Wilkshire-Harley-Anyinsah, Heffernan-Gillespie. By 2006 in a higher division, Tins, Bell,Butler,Murray and Smith would be past their best, most of them are already. Lita will probably be sold, and Doc will not last 90 minutes smoking/mouthing off.We have some other squad members but not good enough for the higher division. This team could make the grade.IMO.
