Keepers Ball Posted January 28, 2005 Report Share Posted January 28, 2005 I don't want Tinnion sacked.It would be a sad end to his career here.Sentiments I know.I admit it.But I don't want him to remain as Boss either. Plan Get rid of Millen.Useless having him here. Get an experienced Manager to come in with Tinnion learning from him as his assistant.Whether Tinman would except this I don't know but I would like to think he would. What stops Tinnion succeeding as a good manager at the moment is his team selections and substitutions.On top of this I don't believe the players look at him as a Boss hence the reason for them under-performing. The one thing Tinnion is good at in my view is he has a "good eye for a player". Give him a few years and I reckon he will become a good manager but right now the pressure of getting this club up is too much for him.
