Cardy
He's just a money grabbing git who has got homesick. Jamie Smith is the man now. He thinks he can slag the club off publically like he did and then just stroll back 6 months later without a care in the world. Doesn't sound like he really set the world on fire up at Coventry, perhaps he's not as good as he thinks he is. If Tinnion signs him he should then it just shows what a farce this club now is. freezer
Perhaps Carey has not been signed to replace Smith but compliment him. Maybe that would allow Coles or Butler to move on and Carey would play central. Just a thought.

bh_red
fact is that he didnt settle in the midlands. another fact is that he couldnt hold his own at a higher level, looking on the coventry sites the fans are just glad he's gone so quickly! He thought he was too good for City, now his begging for a return, because he got found out at a higher level? Question is.........has he been given the same terms as he was offered before? or has he still got a big fat payrise!
keeno85
Well he played 27 odd times for Coventry this season so he must have been doing something right(despite what some people have read on the coventry forums). I'm sorry but the only thing i can see was that he was part of one of the best defensive records in the country last season, and so far this season our defence has been nothing short of shambolic. Not by choice we have sold the only defender who showed any passion and commitment (hill), Bulter has been very inconsistent and Danny Coles barley looks interested. I don't see the point of slagging off a player who has just signed for us.
malaggro
And was found guilty ..... as charged, fancy him down at Swindon? ← I saw Caskey play yesterday for Havant and Waterlooville against Weston-s-Mare. He's lost alot of weight and played a decent game. Dean Holdsworth played up front for them and must be frustrated playing with average players but still having premier league skills and brain. Also the swine Robbie Pethick played for them (he got a bit of special attention from me). Weston outplayed them though and won 2-1.
