How good does Tommy have to be,can not be that bad if he can not get into our side but still gets picked for northern ireland, terrible if we lose him,as matty and danny coles all Bristolians and all our better players I thought in Tins he would keep this squad together its turning out the opposite,I am sorry to say it but I think we are becomng a average lower league team and are probably going to stay this way with current team selection and players being sold.

I was all for Tins at the start of the season but I feel he still does not know his best team,he has made so many changes 5 again Saturday so the team is never settled, start of the season it was siad he does not get on with some players this is now obvious,we still have a chance if Tins can finally settle with his best squad but somehow I feel he has not got a clue what it is.

So you are happy with players at the club, who show their disatisfaction with the manager by being unfit, socialising in a big, big way and consistently turning out performances which are unproffessional?

Doing it at all means they are not the pros they should be, regardless of who the manager is.

Hill left of his own accord remember, he put in the clause and he used the clause.

For the first time in a long time, someone has the bottle to shake things up a bit, give him credit for that.

everybody is going on about this drinking have you seen him poor bloke for seasons he has worked his socks off for us getting us to two play offs and this is all the gratitude he gets,if this is shaking it up then great at the end of it were three top players short to replace, give me a half fit Tommy still better than what we got,I reckon basically Tins does not know his best team and the best are going anyway,I am sure Philips, lita amankwaah, fortune also be onthere way soon. Its a disgrace the squad we have or did have to still be in this league.

If his attitude and fitness are right then I agree, we have to keep him. But it is pointless playing a half fit Tommy because even in our tinpot league he will be given the runaround (as has occurred on a few occasions already this season).

As for being a "poor bloke" doesn't he pick up in excess of £2K per week for doing his job (or not doing it as the case has been lately)?

Gratitude is something I would give the parks player who still runs round the pitch with a stinking cold and a thigh strain and pays £4 for the privilege on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning, not some big ego'ed well paid professional who has trouble deciding whether he can be BOTHERED to play for the latest manager (and 11,000 loyal fans) or not.

Fully agree with you mate, tommy is far better than any other midfielder we have at the club even half fit i would still pick him above any others.

I feel that all our best players are being forced out,it seems to me that tins is picking his sunday roast crew (all around his house on a sunday dinner time) no matter how s##t their playing (bet murray plays friday).

Its so obvious he is trying to force tommy out, and i for one will be sending my season ticket back to mr lansdown with a covering letter telling him after 34 years of support why i will not be going back down the gate for a very long time.

I was very proud of the fact we had home grown talent in our side, that has all changed now the only one being carey who could not wait to slag us of to the media in the summer,i would not have had him back for all the tea in china.

I'm very very unhappy how tommy has been treated by his manager and on here, he gives us his all every time he plays.

And still a northern ireland international.

Facts are that Tommy dosn't rate Tinnion as boss & the parting of the ways had to come sooner or later.

Tinnion dosn't want any doubters (Of his ability) in the ranks & is clearing out anyone who dosn't want to be part of his set -up.

Right decision for BCFC ?We will see come May.
