Guest ashtonyate
I think one reason we have not had a good season is Tinnion has had a problem keeping a side together.I seems that for one reason or another the teams has had to much changing of personal. Most succsfull teams play, week in and week out without altering the formation or tacticks.I think alot of the time the players don't seem to know what tacticks or formation they are playing. Cider Red Sam
No chance of a settled team for a while yet, with FOUR suspensions for the Colchester game. This may prove a blessing in disguise though, because as Tinnion said, it will give other players a chance, who should want to impress and earn a place in the team. zideread
All what you are saying just goes to prove that Tins and the coaching staff have not got a clue who to play and how to play them. totally inept
robins72
tinnions going to hate not playing next saturday he only plays cos he doesnt trust the players on the pitch without him. So imagine how annoyed he will be. But I agree that I hope the replacements for the suspensions do well especially midfield cos imo it is our weakest area
