If Tins were to go now we still can't make the play-offs but the strength of the squad can still be salvaged i.e Coles and Doherty. The only problem tinnion has is that there is no way he can go back to being a player or have anything more to do with the club because the players obviously have little or no respect for him and don't want him around.
