Landsdown and the board can have no blame for the current plight money wise or support for their manager. THE MISTAKE WAS... appointing Keith Millen as assistant. Keith had a couple of seasons coaching the under 17s. Tinman need was someone to help him through the first couple of years, steer him in the right direction. AND if he was going to carry on playing then he could trust him on the line to make subsitutions. THat person it has conitually be seen is not Mr Millen. We are crying out for a steady experienced hand on the tillar. TINMAN HANG UP your boots and concentrate on managing as that's what u r now. I agree about the senior guy but who could we afford or rather, who would the Board be prepared to pay for? Better players than Tind have found that they can't play and manage.
