10 Reasons To Be Upbeat

1. There's every chance that our best defender will be playing in the Premiership next season.

2. There's every chance that our best striker will be playing in the SPL next season.

3. Most managers bemoan the extra effort international players have to put in. Our manager rests our international players for the international games. This generosity must be repaid.

4. We thought we'd scraped the bottom of the barrel against Chesterfield. It turns out the barrel had a false bottom. Let this be a lesson.

5. With Cardiff, Stoke and Millwall in the Championship do you really want to be promoted?

6. Non promotion means we get a proper West Country derby next season.

7. It took just six months to be a promotion pushing team to mid table mediocrity. We could be just six short months away from promotion pushing again. Possibly. Maybe.

8. However bad the football at least we get Neil Diamond impersonators at half time.

9. And some bloke falling off the Williams.

10. It's only a game.
